Founder & Managing Partner

Scott brings multi-disciplinary experience across law and talent management. A specialist in Partner and senior recruitment, he’s worked closely with Managing Partners, National Practice Group Leaders, Partners, lawyers, HR and talent leaders.

Previously the National Executive Talent Manager for Clayton Utz, responsible for partner recruitment nationally, he was also a Special Counsel in top tier and international firms; is an admitted lawyer in New South Wales, Queensland, and New Zealand, and is a recognised dispute resolution lawyer in international legal directory Legal 500 Asia Pacific.

He is also an accredited Executive Leadership Coach, and award winner for talent management, strategic HRM, leadership and executive coaching.
